Steve O'Berski

Steve O'Berski is the current Director of Operations at Altus Inc. From 2017 to 2021, they were the Sr. Manager of Operations at Stryker, responsible for managing Engineering and Operations teams responsible for developing, implementing, and producing complex machined components for the medical device industry. From 2012 to 2016, they were the Manager of Material Replenishment & Distribution for John Deere's Construction and Mining division, responsible for managing a team in North America and Brazil that was responsible for global forecasting, requirements planning, and distribution of Construction and Mining service parts to support customer fill and inventory turn goals at six distribution centers on six continents. From 2006 to 2011, they were a Module Leader at John Deere, responsible for department safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency in the Weld/Assembly manufacturing department.

Steve O'Berski has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management from Calvin University.
