Kerry Mccrosson is the current Implementation Specialist at Altvia. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Client Care at TRIBUS from August 2018 to November 2019. There, they managed a team of customer support representatives and front-end theme developers for all front-end website development. They also coordinated all aspects of client projects including website design and launch, API migration, integration set up, and continuous customer support for mid-to-large sized real estate brokerages ranging in size up to 1000+ agents.
From November 2019 to April 2022, Kerry worked at 2U as the Customer Success - Clinical Placement. There, they participated in sales calls to create project scope and answer product questions. They also scheduled quarterly calls with all brokerage executives to discuss platform successes, set future quarter goals/year end goals, and initiating resolution plans for any issues or concerns addressed at the broker level. In addition, they handled day-to-day management for current accounts including billing and coordinating between clients and developers for integrations, bug resolution, change orders and platform migrations. Kerry also oversaw the support program by executing outreach out to agents to identify, isolate issues and resolve or concerns before they impact brokerage agent use statistics.
Kerry Mccrosson holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina in Politcal Science and Art Kerry'story. Kerry also has certification from LinkedIn in Creating Positive Conversations with Challenging Customers, Speaking Confidently and Effectively, Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues, Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences, Unconscious Bias, and SQL Essential Training.
