Brad Shafer

Brad Shafer is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in project launch, prototype management, and manufacturing processes. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and Project Launch and Prototype Manager at Aludyne since February 2016, Brad has previously held similar roles at Chassix Montague, where responsibilities included managing project timelines, optimizing production, and developing technician skills. Brad also owned Infrared: Conservation Unearthed, offering energy efficiency services, and worked as Maintenance Superintendent and Senior Project Engineer at Hayes-Lemmerz. Brad holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kettering University.
