Gerald Craycraft

Gerald Craycraft is an accomplished manufacturing professional with extensive experience in plant management and operations within the automotive and casting industries. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Aludyne since November 2021, Gerald previously held the position of Vice President of Manufacturing at Wabash Castings, where responsibilities included launching over 20 new programs and implementing the Toyota Production System. Notable experience at Shiloh Industries as Plant Manager involved overseeing plant operations, analyzing financial forecasts, and launching 30+ new programs. Additional roles at Contech Castings encompassed Manufacturing Manager and Engineering Manager, where Gerald managed significant production increases and led lean manufacturing transformations. Gerald holds a Master's degree in Business Management from Ball State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.
