Mikolaj Juzwiak

Mikolaj is the Vice President and General Manager, Europe at Aludyne, a position he has held since January 2022. He has more than two decades of experience in automotive management and senior engineering roles, with an emphasis on business growth, safety, and operational performance. Mikolaj has been with the company for more than 14 years, most recently as the Director of Operations Europe. He holds a Master’s Degree in Materials Science Engineering from AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow and an MBA from the University of Gdansk.
