Olivier Koi

Global Director, Financial Planning And Analysis at Aludyne

Olivier Koi has extensive work experience in the financial and strategic planning field, primarily in the automotive industry. Olivier is currently the Global Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Aludyne, a leading global components supplier to the mobility industry. In this role, Olivier is responsible for driving the company's long-term growth strategy through benchmarking, industry trend analysis, and identifying strategic product lines and areas for expansion. Olivier has successfully developed and implemented growth opportunities in Eastern Europe and is currently pursuing additional opportunities in China, Mexico, and the Southern US. Olivier has also held positions within Aludyne as a Finance Manager for special projects and as a Strategic Planning Manager. Prior to joining Aludyne, they served as a Corporate Capacity Planning Team Leader and a Launch Engineer/Engineering Group Manager. Olivier started their career as a Casting Process Engineer. Additionally, Olivier Koi has served as a Board Director for the American Foundry Society Detroit-Windsor Chapter since 2020.

Olivier Koi earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile from 2002 to 2007. In 2006, they also participated in a graduate exchange program in partnership with Polytechnique Montréal focused on Advanced Manufacturing. Later, from 2018 to 2020, Olivier pursued an Executive MBA in General Management and Strategy at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Furthermore, they obtained certifications such as a Strategic Leaders Program Certificate in 2019 from Michigan Ross School of Business Executive Education, and a Certificate in Lean Manufacturing from the University of Michigan College of Engineering in 2017.
