Matthew Kleist is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product ownership, quality assurance, and journalism. Currently serving as a Product Owner at Alula since March 2018, Matthew supports product management, development teams, and customer service by distilling initiatives into actionable stories and facilitating agile practices. Previously, as a Quality Assurance Lead at Alula, responsibilities included coordinating testing processes and liaising between product management and engineering. Prior experience includes roles as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Resolution Products, Inc. and Software Support at Computer Pundits Corporation. Matthew's journalism experience includes various editorial positions at The Daily Cardinal. Matthew holds multiple degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, including a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Physics and Astronomy-Physics, along with a certificate in Integrated Studies in Science, Engineering, and Society.
