Joseph Horan

Joseph Horan is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and design. Currently serving as Engineering Team Lead and Manufacturing Engineer at Alumacraft Boat Co. since November 2020, Joseph previously contributed as an NPD Manufacturing Engineer at BRP, where support was provided for the production of the 115-150 HP 3-cylinder Evinrude engine. Earlier roles include a Manufacturing Engineer Intern at Polaris Industries, where Joseph reduced engine platform changeover time, and a Manufacturing Engineer Co-op at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where efforts were made to enhance assembly operations and product quality. Additional experience includes internships at Generac Power Systems and Weldall Mfg., Inc., complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
