Katherine Kloeden

Katherine Kloeden serves as the General Counsel and Company Secretary at Alumina Limited since June 2023, overseeing Legal, ESG, Human Resources, Risk, Media, and Government Relations, and accountable to the Board. Previously, Kloeden held the position of Executive Manager, Legal at IAG from May 2019 to June 2023, managing the Corporate and Employment Legal Teams. Prior to that, Kloeden was Senior Legal Counsel and Company Secretary at Latitude Financial Services and Managing Counsel at BHP Billiton. Kloeden has also contributed as a Board Member for the Ten20 Foundation, and began a legal career as an Associate at Linklaters. Kloeden holds an LLB (First Class Hons)/BCom from the University of Melbourne and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors as a GAICD.
