Jörn Drappa has extensive work experience in the field of medicine and biotechnology. Jörn is currently the Chief Medical Officer at Alumis, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Alpine Immune Sciences, Inc. since July 2022.

Jörn furthered their medical training at New York Presbyterian Hospital during their residency in Internal Medicine.

Overall, Jörn Drappa has held several leadership positions and played a crucial role in the development and approval of multiple biologics throughout their career.

Jörn Drappa holds an MD, Ph.D. degree in Immunology from Cornell University where they completed a postdoc program. Prior to that, they obtained an MD, Ph.D. from the University of Cologne. Jörn also holds additional certifications as a Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology.
