Mariusz Misiewicz

Mariusz Misiewicz is an experienced Lead R&D Engineer at Aluwind since March 2018, focusing on collaboration with sales, customers, and production while leading research and development initiatives. Previously, Mariusz held mechanical design engineering roles at CRYO Science, CARGOTEC FINLAND OY, MacGREGOR (FIN) Oy, Haarslev Industries, and other organizations, where responsibilities included improving designs for cryogenic devices and offshore wind turbine installations, creating prototypes, and developing technical documentation. Notable achievements include receiving the "Certificate of Excellence Fulfillment" in Budapest in 2019 for the Haliade-X Door. Mariusz holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Zielona Góra and a Licentiate degree in Management, Science, and Finance from the Economics University of Wrocław.
