Erica Olofsson

Erica Olofsson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Erica currently serves as an SDR Lead Nordics at Alva Labs, where they oversee sales development activities. Prior to this, they worked as a Sales Developer at the same company, utilizing psychology and technology to automate and streamline candidate evaluations.

Earlier in their career, Erica held the position of Executive Business Coordinator at Alumni, a consultancy specializing in leadership services. During their time there, they supported clients' business success through executive search, leadership consulting, and board services.

Before joining Alumni, Erica worked at Navigio as a Senior Project Coordinator for almost a decade. Erica contributed to project coordination and management for the company. Additionally, they had a role as a Product Manager at Adderma AB, where they managed product-related activities.

Erica also gained experience in administration at E. Öhman J:or Fondkommission AB, a financial services firm. Erica started their professional journey as a Salesman representing the Darphin skincare brand at NK Stockholm - Nordiska Kompaniet. Prior to that, they worked as a Cabin Crew member at Crossair, where they ensured passenger safety and comfort during flights.

Erica Olofsson began their education history in 1999 at the University of Westminster, where they studied Advanced English until 2000. In the following year, from 2000 to 2001, they attended École Azurlingua to focus on the French language. From 2001 to 2002, Erica attended Crosscat Academy to gain knowledge in cabin attendant training. Lastly, they enrolled in St Eriks Hudvårdutbildning from 2003 to 2005, obtaining a pass degree in skincare.
