Westama Borneo R. is a Jr. Transmission Engineer at ALVA since January 2023, having previously held the position of Research and Development Engineer. Prior to joining ALVA, Westama worked as a Packaging Development Specialist at Hyundai GLOVIS from July 2022 to October 2022, where the focus was on Packaging Development for CKD and Aftersales Parts, implementing packaging concepts and enhancements while ensuring shipment quality. Earlier experience includes working as a Maintenance Specialist at PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia in February 2019, concentrating on Safety Device Maintenance through daily checks, repairs, and improvements. Westama holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitas Trisakti, earned in August 2021.
