Jason Lessman

Jason Lessman has a diverse work experience that spans several roles and industries. Currently, they serve as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Alvarado Restaurant Nation since 2021. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at Boston Market, starting as the Manager of Corporate Recruiting in 2004 and progressing to various leadership positions. These included Manager of Recruiting & HR Systems, Director of Benefits, Compensation and Talent Acquisition, Senior Director of Human Resources, and ultimately Vice President of Human Resources. In these roles, Jason was responsible for strategic planning, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits programs, employee relations, and organizational design functions. Before their time at Boston Market, they held the position of On-Site Manager at First Data Corporation through AppleOne, and was a Manager at AppleOne.
