Nubia Caversan

Nubia Caversan currently serves as a Manager in the Consumer and Retail Group at Alvarez & Marsal since August 2023. Prior roles include Acting Manager and Associate at Kearney from September 2021 to August 2023, and an MBA Candidate at MIT Sloan School of Management from August 2019 to July 2021, where Nubia was a McKinsey Awards Scholarship Finalist and earned a Business Analytics Certificate. Nubia has also held leadership positions, such as President of the Brazil Conference at Harvard & MIT, and has experience in developing digital innovation plans for the Sierra Leone government. Education credentials include an MBA from MIT Sloan, a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from UFSCar, and additional engineering studies in Industrial Engineering at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
