Tihana Pavic Smitran

Tihana Pavic Smitran serves as the Executive Director and Co-Founder of MaNaBu Movement Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering children and advocating for a sustainable future. With a diverse professional background, Tihana also holds positions as a Business Mentor at AWE Croatia, a Member of NEXUS Global, and a Research Collaborator with Have Dreams, focusing on neurodiversity and children's well-being. Tihana's extensive involvement in leadership roles includes being a Tech Innovation and Entrepreneurship Professional Fellow with the U.S. Department of State, a selected female entrepreneur at Women's Startup Lab, and a member of the Greentech Alliance. Tihana's previous experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Amulet Studio and completing several educational programs, notably at the futur/io Institute, University of Zagreb, and WU Vienna University of Economics and Business, along with foundational training in music.
