Vishal Ojha

Vishal Ojha is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in cloud operations and technical support management. Currently serving as IT Manager at Atotech, an MKS Brand since August 2024, Vishal previously held the position of Manager NOC/Cloud Operations at Alvaria, Inc. from April 2022 to August 2024, overseeing a team dedicated to supporting hosted customers and collaborating closely with various stakeholders for effective change and customer support. With a career that began in 2001 as a Network Engineer at Network Solutions Pvt Ltd, Vishal has also served as Team Lead EUS for the APAC region at Aspect Technology Center from January 2005 to April 2022, where responsibilities included managing complex IT infrastructures. Vishal holds an MBA from ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education and a CCNA certification from Cisco Networking Academy, among other educational qualifications in computer application and commerce. Additionally, Vishal is currently pursuing Project Management certification through Axelos, set to complete in June 2027.
