Zac Gazit has over 20 years of experience in the business sector. Since 2020, they have been the CEO & Managing Director of ALVATECH Ltd, a sustainable Water Technology company. From 2016 to 2020, they served as the Business Development Director of Cogress, a provider of off-market investments in property developments. From 2007 to 2016, they worked as the Head of Business Division and Director of Business Development at UJIA. From 2006 to 2007, they were the Director of Sales and Marketing at Rehacktor Information and Application Security. From 2003 to 2006, they were the Director of Marketing, New Business & Business Coaching at Gilon Yaad LTD. From 2000 to 2003, they were the Product & Marketing Manager at Finjan Proactive Cybersecurity. From 1999 to 2000, they were the Director of International Sales and Marketing at i-Spec.com.

Zac Gazit completed their secondary education at Nof Yam between 1978 and 1984. Zac then attended Tager Ronson between 1985 and 1988. In 1989, they began their undergraduate studies at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they earned a BA in Political Science and Economics Studies in 1992. Zac later pursued an MBA in Marketing at The College of Management Academic Studies, which they completed in 1999.
