Michelle Pilkington

Michelle Pilkington has a strong background in laboratory management and operations. Michelle is currently serving as the Laboratory Director at Alverno Laboratories. Prior to this, they worked as the Laboratory Manager at Rush University Medical Center. Before that, Michelle held the position of Chief Operating Officer/Integrator and Lab Manager at The Wright Center for Women's Health. Michelle also gained extensive experience at USDTL, where they served as Manager of screening/extractions, Quality Manager, and Laboratory Supervisor. Michelle started their career as a Lab Tech at Heartland Blood Centers and later worked as a Phlebotomist at Rush Copley Medical Center.

Michelle Pilkington completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Biology, General from Aurora University. Michelle attended this institution from 1999 to 2004. Later on, in 2008 to 2009, they pursued an M.B.A. with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Colorado Technical University.
