Seiko Hostin

Community Reentry Specialist at Alvis, Inc.

Seiko Hostin has extensive experience in the field of reentry services and criminal justice. Currently serving as a Case Manager at The Alvis House since December 2014, Seiko supports women transitioning from correctional supervision back into the community, working with various legal statuses including transitional control and probation. Additionally, Seiko has held the role of Community Reentry Specialist at Alvis House since August 2014. Previous experience includes a Student Intern position at the Office of the Ohio Public Defender, where responsibilities involved collecting records and locating witnesses, and another Student Intern role at the United States Probation Office Southern District of Ohio, focusing on client visits and presentence investigation reports. Seiko earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminology from Ohio University in 2013, following education at Columbus Alternative High School.
