Candy Plahy

Candy Plahy currently serves as the Interim Principal at Village View Elementary within the Ocean View School District since May 2024. Previously, Candy has been an Educational Consultant for the Alvord Unified School District since August 2021, focusing on early education, leadership, and problem-solving. Candy also worked as a Leadership Coach for the Cypress School District from July 2022 to June 2024 and held the position of Deputy Superintendent at Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District from August 1987 to August 2020. Candy Plahy earned a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from California State University, Fullerton, between July 2018 and February 2020.
