Alya Hidayatallah

Alya Hidayatallah has over 20 years of work experience in various finance and leadership roles. Alya started their career in 2000 as a Financial Analyst at Houlihan Lokey, where they worked for four years. In 2005, they joined Allis-Chalmers Energy Inc. as the Director of Budgeting and Planning, a role they held until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, Alya worked as the Director of Budgeting and Planning at Archer - the well company. In 2013, they became the CFO/COO at Aly Energy Services, Inc. Currently, they are a Member at Chief, a private network aimed at empowering senior women leaders.

Alya Hidayatallah received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Economics and French Literature from UCLA in the years 1993 to 1997. Alya then pursued further education at Harvard Business School, although specific details such as the duration and degree obtained are not provided.
