Melanie Myles, MBA, PMP has significant work experience in the field of coaching, consulting, and operations management. Melanie is currently the Founder and CEO of Arctic Butterfly Coaching & Consulting. Prior to this, they worked at Alyeska Pipeline Service Company, where they held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations, Director of Maintenance, Oil Movements Director, and Operations Engineering Supervisor. Before joining Alyeska, Melanie worked at the State of Alaska - Division of Oil and Gas as a Facilities Integrity Engineer. Melanie also has experience at NANA WorleyParsons, where they served as a Quality Manager/Sr. Project Quality Manager and Senior Project Manager. Earlier in their career, Melanie worked at Veco Alaska as a Project Engineer, overseeing projects for ConocoPhillips Alaska and BPX (A). Melanie Myles, MBA, PMP, obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Energy from Howard University between 1990 and 1995. After gaining professional experience, they decided to pursue further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on General studies at Colorado State University. Melanie successfully obtained their MBA in 2013. Additionally, in March 2013, Melanie Myles earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
