Michaela Maroušková has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Michaela started their career in 2018 as a Pracovnice v e-shopu at ATELI Goods, where they were responsible for order processing and shipping. Michaela then moved on to Verlag Dashöfer, nakladatelství, spol. s r. o. in 2020, where they worked as a Manažer marketingu. In 2021, they joined Bartoň Studio s.r.o. as an Asistent marketingu, and in 2022, they became a Zastupitel města at Obec Žihle. Currently, they are working at Alza.cz a.s. as a Vendor Content Specialist Junior since May 2022, and recently, they have been promoted to the role of Vendor Content Specialist in April 2023.
Michaela Maroušková started their education in 2011 at Gymnázium a SOŠ Plasy, where they pursued a Všeobecné gymnázium. Michaela then attended the University of West Bohemia, Pilsen from 2015 to 2018, and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management obchodní činnosti. In 2018, they continued their studies at the same university and earned an Inženýr (Ing.) degree in Podniková ekonomika a management in 2020. In 2019, they briefly studied Business Administration at Häme University of Applied Sciences, HAMK, for one year.
Michaela Maroušková also holds several additional certifications. In 2021, they completed courses in Google Analytics pro pokročilé and Google Analytics pro začátečníky through the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop). Michaela also obtained a certification in Základy digitálního marketingu from the Google Digital Garage. Furthermore, they received an Individual Qualification in Google Analytics from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in October 2021.
