Tomáš Zacha

Tomáš Zacha has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Tomáš started their career as a temporary help at AutoCont CZ a.s. in 2008. Tomáš then worked as an electrical fitter at atx - technická kancelář pro komplexní automatizaci s.r.o. in 2010.

In 2012, Tomáš joined Žďás a.s. as an IT Network Engineer. Tomáš later became an IT Administrator at ČEPOS - Česká potravinářská obchodní a.s. and Maloobchodní síť BALA s.r.o., taking on responsibilities such as server administration, technical support, and application analysis.

In 2012, they also joined ČEPOS - Česká potravinářská obchodní a.s. as a Technical Project Manager, where they worked closely with project managers to develop IT projects.

From 2012 to 2017, Tomáš worked at Česká spořitelna, a.s. as an Innovations, Services, and Products Consultant. Tomáš was involved in services and product testing, designing new product models, applications, and advertising campaigns.

In 2016, Tomáš became the Head of Software Development at ČEPOS - Česká potravinářská obchodní a.s., where they managed a team of developers and administrators. Their role also included project management and product ownership.

In 2017, Tomáš co-founded UpecBuchtu.cz, a startup where they were involved in all aspects from idea, analysis, implementation, to a working project.

Since 2020, Tomáš has been working at Alza.cz a.s. as an IT Business Partner and later as the IT Division Director. In these roles, they are responsible for IT development, including ERP development, Android applications, and automation of logistics machines.

Throughout their career, Tomáš has gained expertise in IT development, project management, product ownership, and team management.

Tomáš Zacha has a strong educational background in computer systems and networks. Tomáš obtained their Master's degree in Počítačové systémy a sítě (Computer Systems and Networks) from Czech Technical University in Prague, where they studied from 2013 to 2016.

During their time at Czech Technical University, Tomáš also pursued additional education in the field of Informática e Sistemas (Informatics and Systems) at the Coimbra Institute of Engineering – Polytechnic Institute of Coimbra. Although the exact degree name is not mentioned, they attended the institute from 2015 to 2016.

Prior to their Master's degree, Tomáš completed their Bachelor's degree in Informační technologie (Information Technology) from České vysoké učení technické v Praze (Czech Technical University in Prague) between 2010 and 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Tomáš has obtained various certifications to further enhance their skills. Tomáš is an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, certified by Amazon Web Services in January 2021. Tomáš also holds certifications from Cisco, including CCNA R&S Routing and Switching Essentials (June 2014) and CCNA Exploration: LAN Switching and Wireless (April 2013). Furthermore, they have completed a certification in Database Design and Programming With SQL from Oracle in November 2012.
