Laura Condie

Laura Condie currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition & People Operations (Interim) and previously held the role of People Operations Manager at Alzheimer's Society since June 2023. Prior to this position, Laura Condie was HR Manager/Head of HR at Trent PTS (Psychological Therapies Service) from July 2020 to June 2023. Experience also includes roles as Talent & HR Partner at Technetics Group, Assistant HR Business Partner at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and Workforce & OD Project Officer as part of the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme at Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Early career experience comprises positions such as HR Graduate Trainee at Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Trust and Recruitment Consultant at Lab Support. Laura Condie holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Leeds Beckett University, a BSc Hons in Biochemistry from the University of Warwick, an ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring from Leeds Beckett University, and a PgCert in Leadership and Service Improvement from The University of Manchester.
