Oleg Kotov

Oleg Kotov has worked in various technical support and management positions throughout their career. From 2007-2008, they served as a Service Manager at DataLux. Following this, they joined NVision Ukraine in 2008 and worked as a Technical Support Manager (vendor - Cisco Systems) for ten years. Since 2018, Oleg has been with AM-BITS LLC, where they currently hold the role of Head of Technical Support department.

Oleg Kotov obtained a Master's degree in International Economics from The International Science and Technology University, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. In addition, they hold a certification as a Cisco Customer Success Manager, which they obtained in December 2020 from Cisco.
