Leetha Prajesh

Leetha Prajesh currently serves as Head of Talent Acquisition for the APAC region and India at Amadeus since April 2015, also holding the role of Director in People & Culture, focusing on Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits. Responsibilities include leading recruitment for leadership, lateral, and campus positions, as well as managing talent and payroll systems, annual compensation reviews, and benefits management. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Pay and Benefits at Target, where management of compensation activities was a primary focus, and Human Resources Manager at KPMG, overseeing performance development across all business units. Leetha began their career in recruitment with Manpower Services India and Adecco. Academic qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on HR and Finance from St. Joseph's College of Business Administration, along with a Bachelor of Commerce from Christ College.
