Martial Graslin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operations within the hospitality and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Customer Experience for Hospitality at Amadeus since April 2020, Martial has also held the position of Head of Operations for EMEA in the same company. Prior to Amadeus, Martial was the Country Manager at Botify, overseeing sales operations and customer success across the EMEA region. Martial's career includes significant roles at Accor as VP of Customer Success for Fastbooking, SmartFocus as Director of Pre-Sales for EMEA, and various positions at Emailvision, including Global Support & Deliverability Director and Senior Account Manager for France. Martial began the professional journey at Premiere Global Services as a Customer Service representative. Martial holds an associate degree in Web programming and production from City College of San Francisco.
