Naman Garg

Naman Garg has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Naman is currently working as a Lead Product Manager at Amagi Corporation since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Product Manager at the same company from January 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Amagi Corporation, Naman worked as a Product Manager at WorkIndia from July 2019 to January 2021. During their tenure, they played a significant role in improving the product requirements, developing the product roadmap, and delivering prioritized features. Naman also implemented a machine learning-based fulfillment process to strengthen demand management capabilities and successfully tripled the app downloads through the transformation of the referral program.

Naman has also gained valuable experience as the Founder and Chief Product Officer (CPO) at GiftJaipur, a self-funded online gifting eCommerce startup. Naman led the strategic development of the product, user acquisition, and retention initiatives, resulting in over 60,000 customers and more than 100,000 orders. Naman also pioneered annual revenue of INR 1 crore.

Additionally, Naman worked as a Product Manager at AIC of India Ltd. Naman was responsible for setting up the roadmap and successfully migrating two big data centers while obtaining ISO27001 certification. Naman also defined and established an end-to-end security policy, leading to a 100% elimination of security breaches during their tenure from March 2012 to September 2016.

Naman's career started as a Product Developer at Arnium - Startup by IIT Kanpur Alumni, where they worked from May 2011 to February 2012.

Naman Garg obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Poornima College of Engineering in 2011. Naman then went on to work as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur in the Computer Science & Engineering Department from 2011 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in July 2021 and Product Management from Pragmatic Leaders in February 2020.
