Dawn Zappetti

Dawn Zappetti has a strong background in marketing and leadership roles. Dawn is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Amalgamated Bank, where they oversee the marketing strategies and campaigns. Prior to this, they founded and served as the Principal Consultant at Zap Advisory, providing clients with insights and guiding them in developing successful business models. Dawn also has extensive experience at Citi, where they held various positions such as Head of Existing Customer Marketing, Head of Brand, Advertising and Experiential, Head of Strategic Marketing, Director of Retail & Partner Marketing, Senior Vice President of Sales Leveraging, Senior Vice President of Enhancement Services Acquisitions, and Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in transforming marketing functions, driving customer engagement, and maximizing profitability.

Dawn Zappetti holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing and Finance from Columbia Business School. Prior to their MBA, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology at Cornell University.
