Ehab Jaleel is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Amana Academy Charter Schools, a position held since February 2010, after transitioning from a successful 20-year corporate career. Under Ehab Jaleel's leadership, the nonprofit has implemented a Harvard-based expeditionary learning approach, achieving significant educational equity for nearly 1,000 students and earning multiple certifications and awards, including EL Education Credential, STEM certification, and an A-rated Highest Rewards Title-1 school status. Prior to this role, Ehab Jaleel held various positions at The Coca-Cola Company, including Sr. Marketing Manager, where a major contribution was the development of innovative strategies that significantly improved brand performance. Ehab Jaleel also worked at General Electric, serving as an International Business Process Leader and Design Engineer, contributing to global efficiency and product design projects. Ehab Jaleel holds dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology, completed between 1985 and 1991.
