Wendy Dickey

Wendy Dickey has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.

Wendy most recently worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Amanda Blu & Co starting in June 2023.

Prior to that, they served as the VP of Finance/CFO at Phase Change Solutions, Inc. from April 2021 to June 2023.

From 2017 to 2021, Wendy was the North America Controller at ITW Pro Brands. Wendy was a core member of the management team, leading and growing domestic and international business.

In 2016, they worked as the Corporate Controller at Utility One Source, and from 2015 to 2016, they were the Controller, Sales and Manufacturing at the same company.

Wendy also worked as the Director of Customer Operations at Quest Diagnostics Employer Solutions from 2014 to 2015.

At Murphy-Hoffman Company, they held various roles, including Operations Controller from 2012 to 2014 and Corporate Controller from 2008 to 2012. Wendy played a key role in improving operational finance and accounting functions and led the transition to a centralized accounting structure.

In 2007, they served as the VP of Finance at Ethanex Energy, Inc., where they developed investment prospectus and financial models.

From 2001 to 2007, Wendy worked at Applebee's International, Inc. as the Executive Director of Accounting. Wendy had responsibilities for SEC reporting and led the company in becoming Sarbanes-Oxley compliant.

Wendy began their career in 1991 at Fleming Foods as a Manager of Accounting - KC Division and later worked at Associated Wholesale Grocers as the Manager of Corporate Accounting from 1997 to 2001.

Wendy Dickey has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Kansas. Wendy also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from the same university. Additionally, they are a Certified Public Accountant certified by the Kansas Board of Accountancy.
