Karen Sweeney

Karen Sweeney has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Their most recent position was as the Vice President of Research and Development at Amano McGann, Inc., where they introduced Agile methodologies and built BA and program management teams. Prior to that, they served as an Executive Director and Senior Director at the same company.

Before joining Amano McGann, Karen worked at KEYnovations, LLC as a Principal Consultant, Product Owner, and Scrum Master. Karen managed a project for EMR rebuild on the Salesforce platform and established SCRUM/Agile development teams and best practices.

Karen also has experience working at UnitedHealth Group as a Mobile Application Product Owner and Software Engineering Consultant. Karen managed program and product vision and strategy development, program and project plans, and sponsor and stakeholder relationships. Karen also trained and coached new users of UHG's requirements and solutioning methodology.

Earlier in their career, Karen held positions at SIRVA Relocation as a Director of Business Application Development and Sr. Project Leader, Target as a Business Manager, GRM, Magenic Technologies as a Principal and Senior Consultant, The Macro Group as a Consultant, and IBM in multiple roles.

Throughout their career, Karen has demonstrated expertise in project management, Agile methodologies, program development, and team leadership. Karen has a proven track record of implementing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and deliver accurate and timely work.

Karen Sweeney obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration/Management from Augsburg University. Karen completed their education at Augsburg University from 1988 to 2015.
