Nicole O'Connell

Nicole O'Connell has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Nicole began working at Kohl's Department Stores as a Sales Associate and Customer Service Representative. Their responsibilities included handling customer issues, answering questions, assisting with returns, and maintaining department tidiness. Nicole worked in various departments such as men's, misses, juniors, and home.

In 2012, O'Connell joined Brookstone as a Sales Associate. Nicole greeted customers, determined their needs, answered questions, and achieved sales goals as part of a team. Nicole later transitioned to the role of 2nd Assistant Sales Manager, where they provided exceptional store experiences to customers, recommended products based on customer needs, and worked closely with the team to achieve store goals.

From 2013 to 2015, O'Connell worked as a Nanny for the Riensche Family. Their responsibilities included supervising, feeding, disciplining, clothing, and playing with two young children. Nicole also provided transportation to and from school, activities, and home.

In 2015, O'Connell joined Amano McGann, Inc. as a Systems Support Analyst Level 1 and Team Lead. Nicole troubleshooted escalated issues in parking equipment hardware and software, tested and ensured quality assurance for parking software and hardware. In 2018, they were promoted to Systems Support Analyst Level 2 and Team Lead, where they continued to provide helpdesk support, troubleshoot issues, and led a team focused on software issues. Most recently, they assumed the role of Regional Manager of Customer Support, demonstrating their continued growth within the company.

Nicole O'Connell pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their attendance at Normandale Community College from 2010 to 2012. During this time, they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies. Following this, they enrolled at the Minnesota School of Business from 2013 to 2015. Here, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
