Patricia Zoontjens - van Beerendonk

Patricia Zoontjens - van Beerendonk has extensive experience in the field of care for individuals with severe intellectual disabilities. Since October 2011, Patricia has held multiple roles at Amarant, including Begeleider, Adviseur kwaliteit veiligheid en beleid, and member of the Expertteam persoonlijk plan, where responsibilities focus on coaching and supporting teams in developing high-quality personal plans for clients. Patricia has also served as a Senior begeleider, providing care for young adults with complex behavioral needs, and has played a key role in mentoring staff to enhance care quality. Prior to Amarant, Patricia worked at Cello as a Persoonlijk begeleider, supporting clients with a range of intellectual disabilities. Educational qualifications include studies at Avans University of Applied Sciences, Amarant academie, and ROC Tilburg.
