Michiel van Alphen

Michiel van Alphen is an experienced manager and consultant currently serving as Manager Transformatie at Amaris Zorggroep since February 2020, where responsibilities include translating long-term strategies into actionable interventions and leading projects within the organization and with partners. Previously, Michiel held various roles including interim programmamanager, responsible for organizational project management and staff coaching, and served as a trainer for Lean leadership programs at Lean Consultancy Group.
