Rakesh Kumar

Rakesh Kumar (RAJ) currently serves as a Team Lead at Amaze Systems since April 2023, overseeing a team of 4-6 recruiters and managing targets related to submittals, interviews, and placements for various clients including HCL, Tech M, and IBM. Previously, Rakesh led a team of 3-4 recruiters at Amiga Informatics from July 2017 to March 2023, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment and developing effective strategies for attracting high-quality candidates. Rakesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Robotics and Automation Engineering from the University of Staffordshire, completed in 2016, and has a strong foundational education in science and mathematics from D.A.V PUBLIC SCHOOL and BAL VIDYA NIKETAN.
