Brodie Dychinco is an accomplished leader in health and wellness benefits, currently serving as the Head of Global Health & Wellness Benefits at Amazon since December 2019. In this role, Brodie Dychinco empowers employees and their families globally, focusing on creating valuable health and wellness benefits. Previously, Brodie Dychinco held various leadership positions at Amazon, including Head of Health & Wellness and Health Programs Leader, honing expertise in medical, dental, vision, mental, and pharmacy programs. Prior to Amazon, Brodie Dychinco served as General Manager of Convenient Care Delivery at Cambia Health Solutions and held multiple senior roles at HealthSparq, Cambia Health Solutions, and The Regence Group. Brodie Dychinco holds a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin.
