Daryle Jamssens is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in managerial roles across prominent companies. Since October 2015, Daryle has served as a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, where responsibilities include managing a team of Outbound managers and developing leaders while ensuring safety and performance goals are achieved. Prior to Amazon, Daryle worked at Cummins from August 2008 to July 2015 as an Operations Manager, focusing on team coaching and building leadership within the facility. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Carrier Corporation as an Engineering Manager from September 2004 to August 2008, where Daryle managed engineering operations, improved plant performance, and ensured compliance with safety and quality standards. Daryle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University, obtained in 2001.
