Dashone Hughey

Dashone Hughey has extensive experience in analytics and strategic planning, currently serving as Team Lead for Analytics Advisory at Amazon since 2022. Previously, Dashone was the Manager of Strategic Planning and Advanced Analytics at Yale Medical Group from 2016 to 2022, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional initiatives to create analytical tools for strategic decision-making. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Financial Planning Analyst in Decision Support at Mount Sinai Health System from 2015 to 2016, focusing on the analysis of clinical, operational, and financial data, and serving as a Senior Budget Analyst at the NYC Office of Management and Budget from 2013 to 2015, where Dashone provided fiscal oversight and budget preparation for the city.
