Gautam Reddy

Gautam Reddy is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering, architecture, and management consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering and Products at Amazon since October 2017, Gautam Reddy successfully built a startup from the ground up, hiring over 100 tech professionals and delivering multiple products in a short timeframe. Prior to Amazon, Gautam held various senior managerial roles at Cisco Systems from 2005 to 2017, where responsibilities included leading HR strategy, finance, and engineering teams, as well as transforming legacy processes into modern solutions. Earlier in Gautam's career at Infogain, leadership in management consulting and enterprise architecture established a strong reputation for technical acumen and relationship management. Gautam Reddy holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from RV College of Engineering.
