Karolina Joynathsing is a seasoned leader in business development and strategy within the music and technology sectors. Currently serving as Global Director of Amazon Music, Karolina has built and leads a diverse team driving significant growth and innovation. Previous experience includes pivotal roles as Director of Business Development at Spotify, where Karolina managed partnerships contributing substantially to subscriber growth, and at the BBC, where Karolina negotiated key partnerships to enhance BBC Music’s outreach. Additional experience spans advisory roles in startups, market entry initiatives at Skype, and founding a consulting firm focused on telecommunications in Mauritius.
