Riddhi Deb

Riddhi Deb is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles primarily in customer experience and content creation. Currently serving as the Head of America Returns Transportation and Head of CX (Concessions/Andon/Quality/Trust) at Amazon since August 2021, Riddhi has demonstrated consistent delivery and influence over the past 2.5 years. Prior to Amazon, Riddhi co-founded and directed Nanamuna, an app for storytellers and game developers, and held the position of CMO at Travelgraph. Riddhi's experience also includes significant contributions to Portea as Vice President, building India's largest home healthcare company, and roles at EY and Mondelēz International focusing on strategic initiatives and marketing. Riddhi holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from XLRI Jamshedpur and a degree in Engineering Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
