Vera Vitels

Vera Vitels is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent and development across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Talent and Development for Amazon Advertising, IMDb, and GC since July 2022, Vera previously held the position of SVP, People and Head of HR for the Global Content organization at Condé Nast from February 2020 to March 2022. Additional experience includes serving as SVP of Global Talent and Development at Thomson Reuters and Vice President of Global People Development at Time Warner. Vera started the career as Executive Director of People Development at IBM Global Business Services and was a consultant specializing in strategic change. Vera holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
