Youssef Elghor

Youssef Elghor is a seasoned professional in software and hardware engineering with extensive experience across multiple roles and industries. Currently serving as a Software Development Manager at Amazon in the Amp and Fast/Fresh/Food Fulfillment Tech divisions since January 2021, Youssef also founded SiNextGen in February 2020, providing consulting services and developing IoT GPS/GNSS solutions for the transportation sector. From March 2007 to December 2020, Youssef held senior engineering management roles at NavLeb s.a.l., where responsibilities included overseeing engineering projects and migrating services to AWS. Prior experiences include project management and hardware design at Moore Industries-International, Inc., and technical support roles at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where Youssef earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
