Derek England

Derek England is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in the sports and event industry. Currently serving as a Security Professional at SAFE/Mercedes-Benz Stadium and a Security Specialist at AMB Sports and Entertainment since September 2022, Derek prioritizes the safety of players, staff, and patrons. Additionally, Derek holds a role as a Security Officer at Augusta National Golf Club, contributing to the prestigious Masters tournament. Previously, Derek was the Security Supervisor/Coach for the Atlanta Hawks at State Farm Arena and worked in event staff at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Early career experience includes roles as a Store Manager Buyer at The Home Depot and a Police Officer with the Dallas Police Department. Derek holds degrees in Communications from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and Tennessee Wesleyan University.
