Deborah Milocco has extensive experience in quality control laboratory roles within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Tecnico di laboratorio - controllo qualità at AMB Spa since May 2017, Deborah conducts instrumental analyses to assess materials according to internal analysis plans and oversees process controls. Prior experience includes a position at Theresianer, where sensory, chemical, and physical analyses were performed throughout production stages, and roles at Fiorital Srl, Centro di Riferimento Enologico, and Quality Food Group as a laboratory technician in various capacities. Deborah holds a degree in Scienze e Tecnologie Alimentari from the Università degli Studi di Udine, completed between 2003 and 2009.
