Alan Dee

Alan Dee has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Alan started their career at KPMG as a Manager from 1990 to 1997. Afterwards, they joined Fimat International Banque as the Financial Controller UK from 1997 to 2000, then became the Finance Director UK from 2000 to 2005, and finally served as the Finance Director Europe from 2006 to 2007. Alan then worked at Newedge as the CFO EMEA from 2008 to 2010, and later as the Executive Program Sponsor from January to November 2011. Most recently, they have been with Ambac as the CFO and currently the CEO of Ambac UK since 2012.

Alan Dee has a strong education background with a focus on finance and natural sciences. Alan began their education at the University of Cambridge in 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Natural Sciences in 1989. After completing their undergraduate studies, Alan pursued further education in the field of finance. In 1993, they attended the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) and became a Member. In 1996, Alan enrolled at the Association of Corporate Treasurers, where they acquired an Associate degree.
