Thiago Geraldino

Thiago Geraldino currently serves as the Director of Operations & Operational Excellence at Ambar, a technology company focused on the construction sector, since September 2021. Prior to this role, Thiago held various leadership positions at Magna International from October 2012 to August 2021, including Director of Operations and General Manager, where the focus was on operational management and the development of world-class manufacturing in the automotive sub-frames and body parts sector. Thiago's earlier experience includes significant roles at Mahle from January 2004 to October 2012, where responsibilities encompassed production management, implementation of quality management systems, and optimization of production lines. Thiago holds a postgraduate degree in Quality and Productivity from Fundação Dom Cabral and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Itajubá.
